Frequently Asked Questions

The package includes the Tetra™ Shower Trim with Diverter. Please note that this is a trim kit only, and you will need to order the MultiChoice® Universal valve rough (R22000) separately to complete the installation.

The DELTA Tetra TempAssure diverter trim features a Lumicoat® Champagne Bronze finish. This finish is designed to resist water spots and mineral buildup, ensuring that your faucet stays cleaner for longer without the need for harsh cleaners.

The TempAssure® thermostatic valve is engineered to maintain water temperature within a safe range of ±3.6° F (±1.7° C). This helps prevent sudden changes in water temperature that can occur when other fixtures, like a dishwasher or washing machine, are in use.

The DELTA Tetra diverter trim is designed for use in tub and shower applications. However, it is important to ensure compatibility with the MultiChoice® Universal valve rough (R22000), which is sold separately, to achieve proper installation and functionality.

The product has a raw weight of 5.0 pounds. Unfortunately, specific dimensions are not provided, but the trim is designed to fit standard shower setups and integrate seamlessly with the MultiChoice® system.

The DELTA Tetra TempAssure diverter trim is backed by a Lifetime Limited Warranty. This warranty ensures that you can purchase with confidence, knowing that DELTA stands behind the quality and workmanship of their products.

If you have basic plumbing skills and tools, you may be able to install the DELTA Tetra trim yourself. However, it's recommended to consult a professional plumber if you are unsure about the installation process, especially since a separate valve rough is required.

The DELTA Tetra diverter trim features a three handle lever configuration. The top handle controls the diverter functions, while the bottom handle adjusts the water volume and turns the water on or off, ensuring ease of use.

The Lumicoat® finish is designed to be easy to maintain and resists water spots and mineral buildup. You can simply wipe it clean with a soft cloth without the need for any harsh cleaners or chemicals.

The DELTA Tetra TempAssure diverter trim is proudly made in the United States. This ensures a level of quality and craftsmanship that DELTA is known for.
