The DELTA Broderick 17T Series is a Tub/Shower faucet designed to provide both functionality and style. It includes a shower trim with an integrated diverter, allowing you to easily switch between shower and tub modes.
The TempAssure® thermostatic valve is engineered to maintain a consistent water temperature, keeping it within a safe ±3.6° F (±1.7° C). This feature helps prevent sudden temperature changes that can occur when other plumbing fixtures are in use.
Installation is streamlined thanks to the MultiChoice® Integrated Shower Diverter, which combines separate controls into one trim. However, the trim kit requires the MultiChoice® Universal integrated shower diverter rough (R22000 series) to complete the unit, which is sold separately.
The diverter trim includes a top handle for controlling diverter functions and two bottom handles for separate control of on/off/volume and temperature. This allows for easy adjustment of your shower settings without interrupting the temperature you've set.
The DELTA Broderick 17T Series trim kit includes the diverter trim and cartridges. Note that the rough-in valve (MultiChoice® Universal integrated shower diverter rough) is not included and must be purchased separately.
