Frequently Asked Questions

The DELTA Broderick 17T Series Integrated Diverter Trim features a sleek Matte Black finish. This modern finish not only adds a contemporary look to your bathroom but also helps resist water spots and fingerprints for easier maintenance.

The DELTA Broderick 17T Series is a Tub/Shower faucet designed to provide both functionality and style. It includes a shower trim with an integrated diverter, allowing you to easily switch between shower and tub modes.

The TempAssure® thermostatic valve is engineered to maintain a consistent water temperature, keeping it within a safe ±3.6° F (±1.7° C). This feature helps prevent sudden temperature changes that can occur when other plumbing fixtures are in use.

Installation is streamlined thanks to the MultiChoice® Integrated Shower Diverter, which combines separate controls into one trim. However, the trim kit requires the MultiChoice® Universal integrated shower diverter rough (R22000 series) to complete the unit, which is sold separately.

The diverter trim includes a top handle for controlling diverter functions and two bottom handles for separate control of on/off/volume and temperature. This allows for easy adjustment of your shower settings without interrupting the temperature you've set.

The DELTA Broderick 17T Series trim kit includes the diverter trim and cartridges. Note that the rough-in valve (MultiChoice® Universal integrated shower diverter rough) is not included and must be purchased separately.

The Broderick diverter trim is made from durable materials designed to withstand the rigors of daily use. It is specifically labeled as a Broderick® Shower Trim with Diverter, ensuring quality and longevity.

There are no state restrictions for the DELTA Broderick 17T Series. This product is manufactured in the United States, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

The DELTA Broderick 17T Series trim weighs approximately 4.111 pounds. This weight contributes to the solid feel and durability of the fixture, ensuring it can handle everyday use.
